1:1 Mentorship: Personalized mentorship sessions with experienced professionals (paid service).
Career Resources: Resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering or contacting us
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
Treat mentors, staff, and other participants with respect
Not share confidential information from mentorship sessions without consent
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our services

4. Free Sessions

Our free community Q&A sessions are:

Open to all registered participants
Subject to availability and capacity limits
Scheduled at our discretion and may be rescheduled or cancelled
Recorded for internal purposes unless otherwise stated

5. Paid Mentorship Services

For 1:1 mentorship services:

Payment is required before sessions are scheduled
Session prices and packages are as listed on our website
Sessions must be scheduled in advance according to mentor availability
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice
No-shows without notice may forfeit the session

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SkillCompass or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That you will obtain employment or specific career outcomes
The accuracy or completeness of advice provided by mentors
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Results from following any guidance or recommendations

Mentorship is guidance based on experience, not a guarantee of success. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillCompass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or career opportunities.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during mentorship sessions is confidential. Both mentors and mentees agree to:

Not disclose personal or professional information shared in sessions
Not share proprietary company information
Respect the privacy of all participants

10. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

Be respectful and professional in all interactions
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Not solicit mentors or participants for unrelated business purposes
Follow session guidelines and respect time limits

Violation of this code may result in removal from our platform without refund.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also discontinue use of our services at any time.

12. Changes to Terms
